Beta Confidentiality Agreement

Musarcana is sharing an unfinished private beta with a small group of invited people. Until the public launch, we ask you to help us keep that work private.

What you agree to keep private

Please do not publish or share non-public Musarcana features, designs, screenshots, recordings, technical details, or other information you encounter through the beta. Do not share your invitation or account access with anyone else.

What is not confidential

This does not cover information that becomes public through Musarcana, that you already knew without a confidentiality obligation, or that you independently developed without using confidential beta information.

Feedback and the end of the beta

You may freely send us feedback about the beta. This preview agreement remains in effect until Musarcana announces that the relevant information is public or releases a replacement agreement.
